Galvanizing

Superior quality and service. Fast.

Steel fabricators across the country depend on our galvanizing services for corrosion protection.

Every day, our team across the country works hard to understand our customer’s galvanizing needs and to meet delivery deadlines. We take as much pride and care in the relationships we have built as we do in our galvanizing process. Our team has identified specific steps to reduce our impact on the environment. We also offer an on-site dulling facility where we use a chemical process to de-glare freshly galvanized structures. Dulled structures look like they have aged by six months and blend in well with their surroundings. We provide 3rd party galvanizing for customers throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Beaumont, and San Antonio, as well as through the Midwest United States.

Our exceptional kettle size and hoisting capabilities, along with the location of our facilities, match the needs of our customers across multiple industries, including:

  • Power & Utility
  • Telecom
  • Renewable Power
  • Transportation
  • Oil and Gas
  • Construction
  • High-mast Lighting
  • Agriculture

Facilities

With state-of-the-art facilities located in Alvarado and Conroe, Texas and Sioux City, Iowa, we are a full service, general galvanizer providing hot-dip galvanizing to extend the service life of steel. We galvanize a wide variety of steel products including utility and telecom structures, bridges and culverts, solar structures and platforms, as well as a broad range of miscellaneous fabricated steel product.

Awards & Community

Every year, a million or more spectators pour into Texas Motor Speedway where our galvanizing work is hidden in plain sight. We hot-dipped galvanized the upper and lower trusses of the framework upholding Big Hoss TV - the world's largest television - at our Alvarado, TX facility. Our customer chose hot-dip galvanizing because it looks aesthetically pleasing and protects the structure from the elements.

We are extremely proud to have contributed to the opening of the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park near our Conroe facility. Years later, we were honored to galvanize the Women of War (W.O.W) Star — a powerful tribute to the strength and sacrifice of the women who kept our nation running during wartime.

Environmentally-Friendly Process

Trusted for generations as a way to protect against corrosion, galvanizing keeps structures in service longer, reducing replacement costs and resources. Every step of our process also optimizes methods to minimize our impact on the environment, including:

  • Preheating is completed with waste heat to save energy and lower CO2 emissions
  • Recycling pretreatment materials generates zero hazardous waste
  • Capturing acid vapors in a negative pressure pretreatment containment room through water scrubbers to eliminate harmful emissions
  • Collecting and selling dry non-hazardous waste to fertilizer companies for recycling back into the environment

Expedited Delivery Service

As quick as 1-day turnaround. For the right price we can figure it out. Based on the feedback we received, we developed this expedited service to help customers streamline their operations.
