Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technicians (UT II Experience)

This position conducts visual inspections, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) of products before, during, and after production to assure compliance with Sabre's standards and customer specifications. Senior NDT Techs also train and mentor Level I inspectors on the floor.

Essential Duties

Perform UT inspections as Level II per Sabre's quality requirements (ASNT SNT-TC-1A)

Conduct in-process and final visual weld and dimensional inspections per AWS D1.1

Perform MT inspections as Level II per Sabre's quality standards

Provide training, coaching, and mentorship for Level I inspectors on the floor
5
Interpret codes, standards, and contractual documents governing NDT methods

Read blueprints, verify product to specification, and accurately complete all inspection documentation
